Subject: 2011 FINAL MASTER SCHEDULE (ALL Rain-out Make-up Games included)
Hello Everyone:
As promised, your 2011 FINAL MASTER CALENDAR.
For quick and easy reference, RAIN-OUT rescheduled games on Saturday Aug
13th at The Valleys and Saturday, August 20th at Meadowvale Sports Park, as
follows (all the remainder games as well as these below on the Master
Schedule attached):
The Valleys -

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. I will send by separate cover to you Captains your own personalized
and revised schedule (only your games will be highlighted in yellow) and
Adonis will also post to the site for you under your team name so both you
and your players can use as a helpful source also. That will arrive Monday
for you.
2. The time at Meadowvale (SAT. AUG. 20) was extended from a 12 PM Noon
start to 9:30 AM start (we needed to add 2 more games to make double-headers
for convenience to those teams).
3. I have scoped out both Saturday fields (Valleys & Meadowvale) for
us. Both are very fine fields. For The Valleys Diamond #2 - there is no
sign, i.e. Diamond 2. As such, it is located centrally next to the soccer
field and tennis court and child play area - you'll see the children's
yellow slides from the parking lot.
4. For both Saturday play days and for your convenience, we will put
bases and home plate down for you . Just bring play balls if you're home
team.
5. For both Saturday play days, I will be on call all day for you all -
don't hesitate to phone if need me - I'll be 15 minutes from the field ...

In an effort to keep our costs down and above all, to appease our family of teams, we will open August 1st (which is a Civic Holiday and not a Statutory Holiday). We have received our approvals from the City of Mississauga to do so, and so we are in the process of scheduling rain-out games on this day.
Again, Monday, August 1st – both South Common & Fleetwood will be treated as a regular season play-day.
We’ll be in touch with a Make-Up/Rain-Out schedule using:
1. Monday, August 1st, at both South Common & Fleetwood (regular season for both divisions);
2. Meadowvale Sports Park (Saturday, AUG. 20th) for West Division; and,
3. Mississauga Valleys (Saturday, AUG. 13th) for East Division.

Subject: Announcing Rain-out Make-Up Dates !

Dear Captains:
As you remember, we were all literally washed out in May, victims of numerous rainouts - Week #1 (Opening Week) and Week #3 plus another couple of games here and there. We managed to get some games rescheduled with the expectation of a couple more - and although we have some open spots in September, we must keep our options open in the event we have more rain-outs in the month of July/August which would leave us all in a position of no reschedule opportunity due to the lack of remaining spots.
As we near the half-way point of our regular season, there are no really good options to make them up during the week. Rainouts can happen and are generally not rescheduled (the majority of leagues DO NOT)... but as promised, (our games and our standings are important to us all) we reschedule:
We will endeavour to provide you with a solid schedue in the coming days, but as we see it, the sooner we can set things up, the better for everyone so they can plan their time. Rain-Out Dates will be as follows (schedule to follow):
West Division (conveniently located to you in the West) – Meadowvale Sports Park - Saturday, August 20th (Noon to 5 PM)
East Division (conveniently located for those in the East) Mississauga Valleys - Saturday, August 13th (Noon to 5 PM)
